Cohutta Springs Conference Center

December 13, 2018

This retail dining space needed new food stations to enhance their cafe and solve their traffic flow challenges.

Overview

The Director of the conference center inherited a buffet of 15 chafing dishes with lift off lids. He recognized that the highlight of a guest staying at the Center was the meal period. Looking for a solution to this challenge he did his research and decided he wanted hot and cold food served in a farm to table menu.

The Challenge

The conference center recognized the need to upgrade the guest dining experience, as currently guests were standing in line for over 15 minutes to get to the buffet area. The counters needed to appear high end to compliment the business that increased significantly when he arrived as director.

The Multiteria Solution

After several planning sessions with Galyn, Multiteria worked out a new traffic flow and and they ordered TWO double sided 5 well hot food stations. This eliminated the 15 minute wait. Hot food is now being served when the guest picks up a heated plate from a heated plate dispenser, significantly escalating the guest experience.

Resources Used

I can’t thank Tim and Multiteria enough for helping us solve our traffic problem, and now we serve hot food and cold food properly. It was well worth the investment and we will have satisfied clients for a long time!
