I love texture in foods. If the Dish seems to have a soft texture, then I would put a crunchy garnish on top. I like to make something out of nothing.

1 Rough chop mushrooms 2 Melt Olive oil & Butter in skillet large enough to hold mushrooms 3 Add Onions and cook until translucent 4 Add mushrooms and cook for 20 minutes 5 Thoroughly drain mushrooms and onions in a colander 6 Add all other ingredient’s 7 Shape into 3 oz. balls 8 Place on sheet pan with spray or parchment 9 Bake for 15 minutes 10 Toss in Teriyaki Glaze Teriyaki Glaze 11 Dissolve corn starch in orange juice 12 Bring soy sauce, brown sugar & Honey to a boil 13 Whisk in Orange juice mixture 14 Continue whisking until thickened 15 Use sauce immediately |
